Register for the generosity365 Academy by February 29 for the Early Bird Rate

generosity365 Academies are fast-paced, 1+day events that inspire, engage, and inform steward leaders about best practices for growing faithful and generous stewards. They include worship, a keynote, and 12 informative workshops (4 at each Academy) on essential stewardship topics such as narrative budgeting, fiscal transparency and accountability, engaging new stewards, legacy giving, new channels of giving, and much more. Dates and locations for the Academies are

  • April 24-25, 2020: St. Louis, Missouri
  • October 2-3, 2020: Location TBD
  • February 19-20, 2021: Fullerton, California

St. Louis workshops are

  • Offering Invitations that Ignite the Joy of Generosity
  • New Channels of Giving

You can attend any Academy on site, via individual live streaming, or at a host site. All types of participation have the same registration fee.

March 19 Author Chat Features Clayton Smith & Growing Through Disaster

Rev. Dr. Clayton Smith, retired executive pastor of stewardship and generosity at the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas, will share about his latest book Growing Through Disaster: Tools for Financial and Trauma Recovery in Your Faith Community. Communities suffer from many types of traumas and disasters: hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, fires, earthquakes, and other natural or human-made disasters. There are also personal disasters: divorce, death of a spouse, job loss, etc. Growing Through Disaster can assist communities and individuals in recovery from any of these disasters by focusing on gaining and regaining financial strength. Learn how your church can provide hope-filled care in the face of any type of disaster.
